摘    要:以酶学分析方法研究4种金属离子(K+、Na+、Mg2+、Ca2+)对红白锦鲤肝胰脏、前肠、中肠、后肠淀粉酶活性的影响。结果表明,在设定的浓度范围内(25~150mmoL/L),4种金属离子对淀粉酶活性影响不同。K+、Na+对肝胰脏、前肠、中肠和后肠的淀粉酶活性有不同程度的促进作用,而Mg2+对肝胰脏、前肠、后肠的淀粉酶活性有不同程度的促进作用;Mg2+对中肠的淀粉酶活性有不同程度的抑制作用,Ca2+除对肝胰脏淀粉酶没有明显抑制以外,对肠均有不同程度的抑制。

Effects of Four Kinds of Metal Ions on Amylase Activities in Red-white Ornamental Carp

Abstract:By the way of enzyme analysis,effects of four kinds of metal ions(K+,Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+)on amylase activities in hepatopancreas,foregut,midgut and hindgut of red-white ornamental carp were studied.The results indicated that the effects of four metal ions on amylase activities of red-white ornamental carp was different in the range of experimental concentration from 25mmoL/L to 150mmoL/L.K + and Na+ could promote amylase activities in hepatopancreas,foregut,midgut and hindgut at different degree,Mg2+ could promote amylase activities in hepatopancreas,foregut and hindgut but inhibit amylase activities in midgut.Ca2+ could inhibit amylase activities in the intestine at different degree,but it had no different inhibitory in amylase activities in the hepatopancreas of red-white ornamental carp.
