摘    要:采用二因素裂区设计,研究了不同种植方式和密度对丹参生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明:丹参产量随密度增加而变化的关系符合二次抛物线回归方程。单株根产量、根直径随密度的增加而逐渐降低,单株根条数随密度的增加而显著增加。在本试验条件下,以垄作栽培、165 000株/hm2的种植密度为最佳栽培模式。

Abstract:The split plot experiment was carried out to study the effects of planting patterns and densities on the growth,development and yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The results indicated that the yield of Salvia miltiorrhiza showed quadratic parabola relationship with density.The root yield per plant and the root diameter decreased with the increase of density,while the root number per plant increased.Under this experimental condition,the ridge cultivation with the planting density of 165 000 plants per hectare was the optimum pattern.
