| 摘 要： | 以紫苏叶为原料,对其挥发油的提取工艺进行研究,通过单因素试验和正交试验设计考察不同因素对紫苏叶挥发油提取率的影响.结果表明,最优提取工艺条件为：料水比1∶40,浸提温度60℃,浸提时间60 min,蒸馏时间120 min,提取率0.368%.

| Abstract: | Extraction technology of volatile oil of Perilla leaves as raw materials was studied. The influence of many factors on the extraction yield of volatile oil from Perilla leaves were also investigated through single factor and orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the optimum conditions of extracting volatile oil of Perilla leaves were as following, solid-liquid ratio 1 ： 40, immersion temperature 60 ℃, immersion time 60 min, distillation time 120 min. Extraction yield of Volatile oil was 0. 368 % under the condition. |
