新型农村合作医疗审计调查后的思考和建议

对新型农村合作医疗基金进行专题审计调查,摸清新型农村合作医疗机构设置,基金筹集、管理、使用情况和农村卫生机构医疗服务现状等,对进一步完善新型农村合作医疗制度,规范新型农村合作医疗基金筹集、管理和使用工作,提高农村卫生机构医疗服务能力,维护农民群众切身利益,促进农村社会和谐建设,具有积极的作用。针对目前贵州省新型农村合作医疗存在的问题,提出了对策建议。

Thinking about the New Rural Cooperative Medical System and Its Countermeasure after Audit

The condition of organization installation,fund collection,management and use,and medical service ability of rural medical organizations and so on is known by auditing the funds of the new rural cooperative medical system,which plays the positive role in further improving the new rural cooperative medical system,regularizing the fund collection,management and use,heightening the medical service ability of rural medical organizations,safeguard farmers'interests and promoting the construction of rural harmonious society.The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problems in the new rural cooperative medical system.
