不同脱粒方法对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子产量和质量的影响

摘    要: 以生长3年的纳罗克非洲狗尾草为试验材料,比较了堆捂脱粒法、直接脱粒法和干燥脱粒法等3种脱粒方法对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子产量和质量的影响。结果表明:堆捂脱粒法所获得的种子产量最高,干燥脱粒法次之,直接脱粒法最低;不同脱粒方法对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子的千粒重、发芽势和发芽率均具明显影响,以干燥脱粒法所获得的种子千粒重最大、发芽率最高,直接脱粒法次之,堆捂脱粒法的千粒重最小、发芽率最低;发芽势以干燥脱粒法最高,直接脱粒法最低;脱粒方法对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子纯净度无影响。干燥脱粒法适于纳罗克非洲狗尾草的种子收获。

Abstract:The effects of pile cover threshing, direct threshing and dry threshing methods on the seed yield and quality of Setaria sphacelata ex Massey cv. Narok that had grown for 3 years were compared. The results indicated that the pile cover threshing method obtained the highest seed yield, that of drying and threshing method was lower and that of direct threshing method was the lowest. Different threshing methods had obvious effects on 1000 grain weight, seed germination rate and germination energy of S. sphacelata. Dry threshing method obtained the highest 1000 grain weight and seed germination rate, those of direct threshing method were lower, those of pile cover threshing method were the lowest. The highest germination energy was gained by drying and threshing method and the lowest by direct threshing method. Threshing methods had little effect on the purity of S. sphacelata. Dry threshing method was suitable for the seed harvest of S. sphacelata.
