N+离子束注入对高羊茅种子发芽率的影响

摘    要:以N 离子束对高羊茅种子进行注入,研究了不同注量、不同脉冲次数及不同注入方式下高羊茅种子发芽率的变化情况.结果表明:在相同能量注量梯度下,采用小靶室2次脉冲注入和4次脉冲注入,高羊茅种子发芽率随注量梯度的增大而降低,且2次脉冲注入下,高羊茅种子发芽率降低趋势更为明显;采用大靶室批次处理,2次脉冲注入,在所有注量梯度下,高羊茅种子发芽率为0.

Abstract:The paper conducted a variation study of Festuca arundinacea germination rate under different doses,pulse times and target-rooms of N ion beam implantation.The results show that the germination rate decreases with the increase of doses in small target-rooms for 2-pulse and 4-pulse implantation,and under 2-pulse implantation,the trend for the germination rate to go down is all the more obvious;and that treated as groups in large target-rooms,Festuca arundinacea fails to germinate and its rate drops to zero with all degrees of doses for 2-pulse implantation.
