摘    要:在振动流化床干燥机上,对果蔬物料的干燥特性进行了研究。提出了果蔬的循环变风温干燥工艺,并对其进行了初步的试验,认为此种干燥工艺具有节能和提高干制品品质的优点。

Abstract:Drying kinetics of fruits and vegetables were researched on the vibro fluidized bed dryer. It was found that the air temperature and the static bed height were the major factors affecting the drying rate. The drying technique with circulating oscillating temperature was raised, and its preliminary experiment was carried out. It was confirmed that the drying technique has advantages of saving on energy and improving quality of product.
