SWOT Analysis on Group Development of Wooden Floor Industry in Nanxun of Zhejiang

Based on the investigation,analysis was made on strength,weakness,opportunities and threats of the wooden floor industry group in Nanxun,Zhejiang province.It showed that the industry group had strength on geographical position,history,culture,group effect and brand while weakness on lack of wood resources,small scale factories and disorderly competition.Four strategies and tactics were proposed for promoting the development and facing challenges.
