摘    要:用人工光周期和温度处理龙特浦A.并在自然条件下分期播种,研究其育性不稳定的原因.人工气候试验结果表明:花粉育性波动与温度有关,而与光周期无关,且不存在光温互作.在试验范围内,温度越高则育性越高,两者呈极显著正相关.但导致自交结实率的最高温度不是30.1℃,而是26.6℃,表明存在一个有利自交结实的最适温度.在自然条件下,抽穗前7-12d,日均温25-27℃将诱导其育性部分恢复,而在超过这个范围的较高或较低温度下,其不育性稳定.

Abstract:The effects of photoperiod and temperature on fertility restoration of Longtepu A,a cytoplasmic male sterile rice were investigated under the artificial and the natural climate conditions.In phototron,Longtepu A was treated with the. combinations of four average day-temperature-23.1, 24.1, 26.6 and 30.1℃ , and two day-lengths-12.5 and 14.0 h. Experiment in phototron revealed that the pollen fertiliy restoration of Longtepu A was affected only by daily temperature.The effects of photoperiod and photoperiod× temperature interaction were non-significant.The highly significant correlation between daily temperature and pollen fertility was found.However,the highest seed-setting appeared when daily tempera. ture was 26.6℃,but not 30.1℃ .Under natural climate condition, partial pollen fertility restoration was found when daily temperature during the period of 7-12 days before heading ranged from 25℃ to 27℃ . The male sterility was stable when the daily temperature was under 25 ℃ or above 27 ℃ .
