摘    要:利用自行构建的抑制素真核融合表达质粒pCISI,提纯后配以不同的免疫佐剂导入96头母黄牛体内,采用AM I 900兽用B超对其中84头发情牛进行卵泡检测,并对其中78头妊娠牛进行早期胚胎数目检测。结果表明:抑制素质粒pCISI能促进双大卵泡发育(80.95%,68/84),诱发排双卵(60.71%,51/84),普鲁卡因佐剂(71.11%)比脂质体佐剂(48.72%)效果明显;同时,抑制素质粒pCISI能诱导黄牛怀双胎(41.03%,32/78),普鲁卡因佐剂(48.78%)比脂质体佐剂(32.43%)效果明显。

Abstract:To investigate the influence of inhibin pCISI DNA immunization on follicle and embryo in cattle,the fusion expressing plasmid of inhibin pCISI,which was designed and extracted by our laboratory,was used to immune the 96 female cattle.Besides,the AMI-900 ultrascanner was adopted to examine the follicles of 84 ruttish cattle and the embryos of 78 pregnant cattle.The results showed that inhibin pCISI could cause two big follicles develop(80.95%,68/84),and induce two mature follicles bring out(60.71%,51/84).The effect of procaine was better than liposome(71.11% vs 48.72%) obviously.Meanwhile,inhibin pCISI could induce 41.03%(32/78)cattle twinning,the effect of procaine was better than liposome(48.78% vs 32.43%) obviously,too.
