| 摘 要： | 为了得到天然无毒的生物农药,研究了不同浓度树舌灵芝发酵液粗多糖的除草活性。以生菜、夏至草、小麦和稗草为受体植物,采用琼脂混粉法进行了室内除草活性的测定。结果表明,树舌灵芝多糖对各受体植物胚根表现出明显抑制作用,且抑制作用随多糖浓度增加而增大,除夏至草外对胚轴均表现出促进作用。 |

| Abstract: | In order to get natural and nontoxic pesticides,the herbicidal activity of crude polysaccharide with different consentration extracting from Ganoderma applanatum liquid fermentation was tested in this experiment.Agar powder mixed method was applied to measure the indoor herbicidal activity of crude polysaccharide when lettuce,summer solstice grass,wheat and barnyard grass were used as the target plants.The results show that GAP presents significant inhibition effects on radicals growth of all the target pla... |
