摘    要:为筛选高效、安全的杀菌剂用于生产,采用生长速率法,在室内测定了6种杀菌剂对火龙果茎桔病病菌的毒力作用.结果表明:6种杀菌剂在试验浓度下对火龙果茎枯病菌菌丝的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,其抑制率随浓度的增加而增加,同时药剂间抑制率也有明显差异,按照EC50值比较不同杀菌剂的毒力大小依次为50%福美双WP、50%多菌灵·硫WP、70%代森锰锌WP、70%川东甲托WP、42%克菌净WP争75%百菌清WP.其中.抑制效果最好的是50%福美双WP,其次是50%多菌灵·硫WP,75%百菌清WP效果最差.

Abstract:In order to select effective and safe fungicide for pitaya production,indoor toxicity measurement of six fungicides on pathogen of pitaya stem blight was carried by growth-rate method.The results showed that the six fungicides can inhibit pathogen mycelium growth of pitaya stem blight at different levels and the inhibition rate increase along with fungicide concentration's increase.The inhibition rate of different fungicides varies significantly.Toxicity of different fungicides in term of EC50 value drops i...
