唑草酮20%微囊悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析方法

摘    要:本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+乙腈+磷酸溶液为流动相,使用以ODS、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在243nm波长下对唑草酮20%微囊悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数为0.9999;标准偏差为0.11;变异系数为0.54%;平均回收率为99.2%。

Abstract:A method for separation and quantitative analysis of Carfentrazone-ethyl 20% CS by HPLC with methanol, acetonitrile and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase, ODS column and DAD at 243nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.11, the coefficient of variation was 0.54%, and the average recovery was 99.2%.
