| 摘 要： | 从人力资本投资对旅游业发展的重要作用入手,选取2001～2008年的数据,以全国各省市平均状况作为参照标准,通过对比实证分析了青海省人力资本投资对旅游业发展的影响,并提出了改善青海省人力资本投资和提高人力资本投资效益的一些建议。

| Abstract: | Starting from the vital role of the human capital investment on the tourism industry,based on the data during 2001-2008,taking the average national level as the benchmark,the influence of the human capital investment on the tourism industry development in Qinghai was analyzed through the comparison and empirical analysis.And some suggestions were proposed for improving the human capital investment and enhancing its returns in Qinghai. |
