| 摘 要： | 电子档案作为档案的数字化形态,已经成为农业科研单位科研管理的重要组成部分,电子档案的规范化管理是科研管理手段提升的重要标志。针对农业科研单位电子档案的主要特点,对电子档案规范化管理过程中收集、归档、安全管理、利用的各个环节进行了具体分析。并明确指出电子档案与纸质档案两者的互补使用能充分发挥档案资源优势,为科技创新发挥更大作用。

| Abstract: | Electronic Archives become the important part of scientific research administration of agricultural science unit as digital form.Standardized management of electronic archives is the important symbol of improving scientific research administration.The paper analyses methods of collecting,filing,security management and using around main characters of electronic archives,and clearly points out make use of electronic archives and paper archives reasonably can strengthen utilization information resource and play a bigger role for technical innovation. |
