两相分配法纯化受旱小麦绿色组织质膜的研究

摘    要:通过研究氯化钠和多聚物浓度对质膜和各种内膜在PEG/Dextran两相系统中分配行为的影响,根据其影响膜在两相系统中分配系数的试验结果,应用两相分配纯化法,纯化生长正常和受旱条件下小麦绿色组织质膜,对匀浆介质稍加修改,加入5mmol/L ZnCl_2,结果在较短的时间得到了两种小麦绿色组织细胞质膜的富集组分。

Abstract:The effects of sodium and polymer concentration on the partition behavious of plasma membrane and various inner-membrane in two-phase system of PEG / extran were studied. Based on the experimental results of its distribution coefficient in two-phase system of affected membrane, the purification method of two-phase system was used to purify the green plasma membrane of wheat growing in noormal and arid conditions. 5 mmol / L Nacl was added to modify the plasma medium. As a result, rich components of cell membrance of green tissues of wheat were obtained within the shortest possible time.
