| 摘 要： | 2008年随着全国房地产市场的整体下滑，长沙也受到了不同程度的影响，本文采用定量方法对长沙房地产市场的发展现状进行分析，然后采用定性方法基于长沙的自身情况分析得出长沙房地产市场的未来发展趋势是良性的。

| Abstract: | With the overall downslide of national real estate market in 2008, Changsha has also been affected in different de-grees. The current situation of Changsha's real estate market was analyzed by using quantitative methods and the conclusion was proposed that its development trend in the future is positive by using qualitative methods based on the self-condition of Changsha. |
