| 摘 要： | 建立了一种准确测定马齿苋水溶性总多糖含量的方法。以葡萄糖作标准曲线,在580 nm检测波长下采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定马齿苋中水溶性总多糖含量。葡萄糖溶液浓度在0.02～0.10 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,总多糖换算因子为4.177。结果表明供试样品溶液在2 h内显色稳定,重现性好,平均加样回收率为99.43%。该方法精密度高,适合马齿苋水溶性总多糖含量的测定。

| Abstract: | A determination method of water-soluble polysaccharide content in Portulace oleracea L.was established.The contents of the polysaccharide were determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method at 580 nm with glucose as standard.The concentration of glucose solution had good linearity ranged from 0.02 mg/mL to 0.10 mg/mL and the converting factor of polysaccharide was 4.177.The results showed that the method used in this paper was stable in 2 hours and reproducibility was good.The average recovery rate of polysacc... |
