| 摘 要： | 对北美红杉不同个体间插穗生根能力的试验研究表明:北美红杉不同个体间插穗生根能力存在着很大的变异性,其中生根率的变异范围在16%~100%,插穗的平均生根时间变异范围在39~110d;生根率与平均生根时间的负相关关系达到了极显著水平(相关系数r=-0.846 6);对31个单株个体插穗的生根类型研究表明,有27个为以愈伤组织生根为主的类型,有4个为中间生根类型;插穗生根率随着生根类型多样性的增加呈现升高的趋势。

| Abstract: | The experiment on rootage ability of various individuals' inter-inarching of Sequoia sempervirens shows that there is great variability existed in rootage ability among individuals.In detail,variability extent of rootage rate changes from 16% to100%,and the average rootage duration is between 39 to 110 days.The negative correlativity of rootage rate with average rootage duration is extremely remarkable(correlation coefficient r =-0.8466).Experiment on rootage types of compared 31 various individual inarches reveals that 27 types belong to rootage by callus,and 4 types of rootage in-between.The rootage rate has potential to rise with increasing of diverse rootage types. |
