| 摘 要： | 本文分析了全国集中统一农业保险发展模式的种种弊端,认为这是我国近年来农业保险发展逐渐萎缩的主要原因,在此基础上提出区域化的农业保险模式,并分析研究了该种模式的理论基础及现实原因,提出我国区域化农业保险发展的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes all sorts of drawbacks about the same mode across the nations in developing agricultural insurance, and concludes the major reason caused Chinese agricultural insurance contraction. Based on this,we put forward regional model and study its base of theory and realistic cause. In the end,we discuss deeply the countermeasures of this model. |
