摘    要:以豇豆为典型物料,在热风穿流于燥试验台上对回风起始时间、排气回收量等参数对能耗的影响进行了单因素及多因素试验,得出了相应的回归方程式,并进行了参数优化。在箱式穿流干燥机上对优化参数进行了验证试验。

Abstract:With the cowpea being taken as a typical material, and the exhaust recycling times, the ratios of recovered air to exhaust, etc. as parameters, single and multiple factor experiments concerning the energy consumption were carried out on a chest-type heated air drying rig. The corresponding regressive equations were obtained and optimized further. The optimized parameters were varified on the drying equipments by means of a series of probative tests.
