| Abstract: | The 21st century is a digital, network and information one. Digitalization is the basis; network is the means and information is the objective. Digitalization is a new turning point of determining the destiny of human beings. Digital libraries are the effective tool and form, and the nucleus of information, which are bound to become an important base and communities for lifelong learning. |
