摘    要:以黑亚14号和Opaline亚麻为试验材料,选取无菌苗、初始愈伤组织、胚性愈伤组织、非胚性愈伤组织、褐化组织5个阶段提取可溶性蛋白,通过对5个时期蛋白质进行SDS-PAGE分析,发现黑亚14号胚性愈伤组织在47ku处有一条特异性条带,Opaline胚性愈伤组织在50ku处有一条特异性条带,这两条特异性条带有可能作为各自的生化标记。

Abstract:Five different callus (aseptic plantlet, embryogenic callus, nonembryogenic callus, primary callus and browning tissue) of two varieties (Heiya 14 and Opaline) were selected to extract the soluble protein. Through assaying SDS-PAGE of 5 stages proteins, it showed that there was a specific peptide at 47 ku from Heiya 14 embryogenic callus. Furthermore, a specific peptide at 50 ku from Opaline embryogenic callus was observed. These two specific peptides may be used as their respective biochemical markers.
