| 摘 要： | 自江苏省棉区分离到三个轮枝苗菌株,其菌落为褐色,并形成褐色厚垣孢子。经形态、生长温度等方面的研究,并与CMI的Verticillium nigrescens菌株比较,鉴定为V.nigrescens Pethybr.。在温室条件下接种测定,该菌对棉花、花生、辣椒、茄子等植物的致病力极弱。

| Abstract: | 3 isolates of Verticillium with brown chlamydospores, isolated from cotton growing regions in Jiangsu, were identified as V. nigrescens based on the morphology and temperature reaction compared with V. nigrescens from CMI, V. dahliae, and V.albo-atrum. Inoculating different plants in greenhouse, we found that the pathogenicity of these isolates was very weak on cotton, peanut, pepper, eggplant, etc.. |
