新疆苜蓿白粉病的初步研究

摘    要:调查了苜蓿白粉病在新疆的分布情况,研究了苜蓿白粉病的症状、病原菌及闭囊壳的越冬特性.结果表明,苜蓿白粉病在南、北疆均有分布;病原菌有内丝白粉菌和豌豆白粉菌两种;病原闭囊壳经越冬测定,发现在土壤10 cm以下囊原生质体结构发生畸变,失去形成子囊孢的能力,而保存于4℃冰箱和温室条件及室外地表和土壤浅层中的病残体上的闭囊壳中均有部分存活子囊,说明土壤中10 cm以上的病残体是第二年苜蓿白粉病发生的主要侵染源.

Preliminary Research of Alfalfa Powdery Mildew in Xinjiang
Abstract:A survey on distribution ofc Alfalfa Powdery mildew was conducted in Xinjiang.We researched the symptom and pathogen of Alfalfa Powdery mildew, the characteristic of eleistothecium on Alfalfa Powdery mildew when they live through the winter.The results indicated:the Alfalfa Powdery mildew distributed in the mildew distributed in the south and north of Xinjiang,there existed two Rinds of pathogens on Alfalfa Powdery mildew.When we let the eleistothecium live through the winter,the structure of the ascus will become deformed under the soil of 10 centimetres,and the ascus will lose the ability to form the spore ,but a few asci are alive in the refrigerator and outdoors.So the eleistothecium on Alfalfa Powdery mildew in the remnant of superficial soil is the main origin for Powdery mildew disease once more fo be caught.
