摘    要:以小白菜种子为试验材料,研究负离子添加剂对植物发芽率和蛋白质含量的影响,并与在土壤中添加稀土CeO2作对比。结果表明:在相同条件下,Anion系列不同产品对植物种子生长发育影响不同,A973和A3更利于种子萌发和蛋白质累积;不同浓度A3负离子水对植物萌发差异并不明显,但显著高于空白对照;土壤中使用A3负离子添加剂亦可使植物种子发芽率提高、植株生长整齐,50~100mg/kg为最适合生长范围;CeO2含量50~100mg/kg对种子萌发和蛋白质累积有显著促进效果,但随CeO2含量增加,均呈下降趋势。

Abstract:In this paper,taking Chinese cabbage seeds as materials,the effect of anion additive on plant germination percentage and protein content was studied.At the same time,it was compared with the addition of rare earth CeO2 in the soil.The results showed that under the same condition,different products of anion series on the growth and development of plant seeds had different effects;A3 and A973 were more conducive to the seed germination and protein accumulation;different concentrations of A3 negative ions water were not obviously different in germination,but significantly higher than the control;the use of A3 negative ions additive in the soil could also make the seed germination percentage increasing,the growth of plants tidy,50~100mg/kg for the best growth area;50~100mg/kg of CeO2 content promoted the seed germination and protein content significantly,but it would decrease with the CeO2 content increased.
