混合花粉对胡瓜钝绥螨生长发育和繁殖的影响

摘    要:胡瓜钝绥螨以苹果与石松混合花粉为食料,研究对其生长发育、存活和繁殖的影响.在取食花粉时,胡瓜钝绥螨前若螨期的存活时间明显长于对照,而且可以明显延长成螨的寿命,但雄成螨寿命与对照没有明显区别;只供给水时,胡瓜钝绥螨雌成螨不产卵,但取食混合花粉时胡瓜钝绥螨产卵量也很低.

Abstract:The effect of pollen mixture of 50% apple and 50% lycopodium pollen on the development and fecundity of Amblyseius cucumeris was studied.The result showed that development times of egg and protonymph were 2.8 and 0.9 days respectively.The mortality rate was 96.2%,and the development time of protonymph was 3.3 days when supplied with water.The mortality rates of protonymph and deotonymph were 87.8% and 50.0% respectively,while the development times were 6.7 and 6.4 days when fed on pollen.The duration of protonymph feeding on pollen was significantly longer than that supplied with water,pollen could lengthen the longevity of female adult,but the longevity of male adult was not significantly different between feeding pollen and water.There was no egg laid when supplied with water and the fecundity was low when fed on pollen.
