| 摘 要： | 以铁皮石斛无菌苗的茎段为外植体,通过诱导丛生芽,进行壮苗生根,建立了一套快繁体系。结果显示,铁皮石斛试管苗在MS培养基中生长状况最好,当添加NAA的浓度为0.1 mg/L,6-BA的浓度为2.0 mg/L时,铁皮石斛丛生芽的增殖率达到最高。铁皮石斛幼苗壮苗的较佳培养基为MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L NAA。同时,单独使用0.5 mg/L NAA的培养基中小苗生根快,根数多。香蕉泥能促进幼苗根系的生长。组培苗移栽到纯树皮的基质中,成活率最高。

| Abstract: | An effective method for rapid propagation of Dendrobium officinale was established to induct cluster shoots,strengthening plantlet and rooting.The results showed that: Dendrobium officinale plantlet grew best in MS medium,The proliferation rate of cluster shoots reached the highest in MS medium with NAA 0.1 mg/L and 6-BA 2.0 mg/L.The most suitable medium for strengthening plantlet and taking roots was MS+0.5 mg/LIBA+0.5 mg/LNAA.The plantlet rooted rapidly and got more roots with 0.5 mg/L NAA alone in addition.The banana juice could promote growth of plantlet roots.The survival rate was highest when plantlet were transplanted into the matrix of pure bark. |
