虫瘿对树木生理特性影响的研究

摘    要:虫瘿是由植物组织过度或不正常生长而产生的瘤肿。通过检测虫瘿危害枸杞和蚊母树叶片前后的生理生化指标(电导率、蛋白质含量、还原型谷胱甘肽、超氧物歧化酶、丙二醛),研究虫瘿对植物产生的伤害和影响,解析害虫形成虫瘿的机理。结果表明,虫瘿使枸杞和蚊母树叶片细胞膜的透性改变,电导率增大,蛋白质、GSH、SOD、MDA含量增加,对植物生理有很大的影响。

Abstract:Galls are tumors caused by excessive or abnormal growth of plant tissues. Through detection of physiological and biochemical indexes (conductivity, protein content, reduced glmathione, superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde) of leaves of medlar and Distylium racemosum before and after galls happened, damages and influences of galls to plants were researched and the mechanism of the generation of galls caused by pests was analyzed. The result showed that galls caused the change of permeability of cell membranes of leaves of medlar and Distylium racemosum, the improvement of conductivity and the increase of contents of protein, GSH and MDA and greatly influenced physiological properties of plants.
