CM6150绕线机的设计与应用

摘    要:针对精确绕线的工艺要求,在普通车床上利用S7-200PLC和触摸屏完成了CM6150绕线机的电气系统设计与开发,使绕线的控制精度和质量得以提高,大大减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,降低了设备成本,也为解决同类问题提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In view of the requirements for precision winding process and based on the ordinary CM6150 lathe,the design and development of the electrical system of the winding machine is completed using S7-200PLC and a touch screen,which has improved winding control precision and quality,considerably reduced the fatigue strength of operators,lowered equipment cost and provided valuable reference for the solution of similar problems.
