临猗梨枣贮藏保鲜技术研究

摘    要:以临猗梨枣为材料 ,研究了采前用CaCl2 和 6 BA喷雾处理 ,采后 (0± 1)℃冷藏对其贮藏品质的影响。结果表明 :浓度 1.2 %CaCl2 、12mg/L 6- BA和 1.2 %CaCl2 + 12mg/L 6 BA处理 ,能抑制采后梨枣过氧化物酶 (POD)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)的活性 ,降低丙二醛 (MDA)积累量 ,使梨枣贮藏末期好果率分别比对照增加 10 .4%、8.5 %、12 .6%。

Abstract:Chinese-date(Z.jujube) variety was used to study the effects of CaCl_2,12mg/L 6-BA on the changes of qualities of post-harvest fruites.1.2%CaCl_2,12mg/L 6-BA or 1.2%CaCl+12mg/L 6-BA was sprayed on fruits before harvest.The decline of POD and CAT activity were restrained and the accumulation of MDA was reduced.Companed with the water sprayed on fruits.The fresh fruit rate increased 10.4%,8.5% and 12.6% respectively in the end of storage.
