| 摘 要： | 根据大学图书馆评估标准和我校图书馆的实际，选取了参考咨询评价的四个一级指标、23个二级指标和通过专家咨询得到的各个指标的权重建立了图书馆参考咨询评价模糊数学模型。分别计算了四个二级评价目标层次和一个综合评价目标层次的隶属度矩阵、评价矩阵和评价得分。根据最大隶属度原则和计算得到的评价矩阵和评价得分，揭示了我校图书馆参考咨询评价等级为优秀，为提高图书馆参考咨询服务水平提供了定量的决策依据。
