| 摘 要： | 灵芝水提物（LZ）对8种肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用具有剂量依赖关系.通过透析和离子交换凝胶过滤层析方法从LZ中分离出活性组分LZ-DN-2-2和LZ-DW-2-a-3.LZ、LZ-DN-2-2 和LZ-DW-2-a-3可剂量依赖地诱导SW620细胞凋亡,使细胞增殖周期停滞于G0期.

| Abstract: | A crude aqueous extract of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting bodies, LZ, inhibited the growth of eight different tumor cell lines in a dose-dependent manner. Two bioactive fractions, LZ-DN-2-2 and LZ-DW-2-a-3, were obtained from LZ using dialysis combined with anion exchange and gel filtration chromatography. LZ, LZ-DN-2-2 and LZ-DW-2-a-3 induced apoptosis of SW620 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and arrested the tumor cells in the G0~ phase of the cell cycle. |
