人参根际土壤微生物RAPD反应体系的建立

摘    要:本研究建立了一种适合于开展参地土壤微生物遗传多样性的RAPD反应体系。利用优化的RAPD反应体系,对200条RAPD引物进行了筛选,其中38条引物多态性高、扩增结果稳定。在此基础上,用筛选出的多态性RAPD引物对参地土壤微生物总DNA进行了扩增。试验结果表明,本研究建立的RAPD反应体系适合开展人参根际土壤微生物的遗传多样性研究。
