摘    要:[目的]为亚胺法造纸废水的处理提供科学依据。[方法]通过自行培养活性污泥,结合试验条件,确定控制工艺参数,研究SBR法(间歇式活性污泥法)处理亚胺法造纸废水的效果。[结果]在温度20~25℃,污泥龄18~23 d,进水0.5 h,曝气8 h,沉降1 h,排水0.5 h,闲置8 h,1个周期共18 h前提下,经8 h限制性曝气,SBR法对亚胺法造纸废水中CODcr的去除率达80%~90%,色度降低了1000度左右,pH值更趋向中性,SVI值在60~100 L/mg之间。与其他处理方法(延时曝气、混凝法)相比,SBR法对废水中CODcr、TKN、氨氮和总磷的去除率均在80%左右,对COD的去除率也较好。[结论]SBR法是一种较理想的废水处理工艺。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to provide scientific basis for the treatment of wastewater from paper-making by imide method.[Method] The parameters of control technology were ascertained through culturing active sludge by oneself and combining with experiment condition so as to study the treatment effect of SBR(sequencing batch reactor) on wastewater from paper-making by imide method.[Result] Under the precondition with temperature at 20-25 ℃,sludge age at 18-23 d,water intake for 0.5 h,aeration for 8 h,segmentation for 1 h, draining for 0.5 h and idleness for 8 h and a whole cycle of 18 h),through limited aeration for 8 h,the removal rate of SBR on CODcr in wastewater from paper-making by imide method reached 80%-90%.Its chroma reduced about 1 000 degrees,with pH value approaching neutral further and SVI value in 60-100 L/mg.Compared with the other treatments(extended aeration and coagulation method),the removal rates of SBR on CODcr,TKN,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorous in wastewater were all about 80%,with better removal rate on COD.[Conclusion] SBR was a relatively perfect treating technology of wastewater.
