基于虚拟仪器技术的水泵测试系统研究

摘    要:细致分析有关水泵测试的国家标准GB3216—1991,充分利用现有的仪器设备。设计出模块化离散数据采集硬件结构.通过数据采集卡和计算机通信。在软件设计上成功引入了虚拟仪器技术,利用C语言开发工具LabVIEW进行编程,实现了信号采集、数据分析、曲线拟合、结果判定等功能。并利用LabVIEW的第三方支持软件LabSQL和LabVNC完善了系统的数据库功能和远程控制功能。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the national standard of pump test--GB 3216-1991 and made full use of the available equipments, designed a modular discrete data acquisition hardware structure, communicated with computer by DAQ card. The virtual instrument technology was imported in the test system. The software was made by LabVIEW,a kind of C program languages,and achieved to collect the signals, analyese the data, fit the curve, judge the result. Finally, In order to improve the database ability and remote control function, LabSQL and LabVNC, the third supporting softwares for LabVIEW, were used.
