新疆断裂带含硫冷泉泉水细菌群落结构的动态变化

摘    要:目的]了解新疆断裂带10号含硫冷泉泉水中细菌群落结构的动态变化.方法]采用聚合酶链式反应-变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)的方法,反映和分析10号冷泉泉水中细菌种群的16S rRNA基因V3区多样性及其种群基因组成随时间的变化.结果]细菌种群的丰度(Shannon-Wiener指数(H'))和优势度(Simpson指数(D))随时间的变化均出现显著不规律的变化,且当细菌种群丰度较大时,优势度反而较小;由样品Sorenson相似距离系数形成的二维图谱中,不存在位置完全重合的样品.结论]新疆断裂带10号含硫冷泉泉水中细菌群落结构表现出显著随机的动态变化.

Abstract:【Objective】This present study researched the dynamic change of the bacteria community over time in the No.10 cold spring in Xinjiang faulting zone.【Method】This study used polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE) technique to analysis the diversity of the V3 region of 16S rRNA genes of bacteria and the change of bacterial genetic composition over time during the sampling period.【Result】Results indicated that the richness(Shannon-Wiener index(H′)) and the abundance(Simpson index(D)) of bacteria population showed significant variation over time during the sampling period,and this change was disordered.When the richness was higher,the abundance was lower.There were no complete overlapped samples in the two-dimensional pattern formed based on the Sorensen similarity coefficient of the samples.【Conclusion】The dynamic change of the bacterial community structure was significant and random in the No.10 sulfur-bearing cold spring over time during the sampling period in Xinjiang faulting zone.
