十字花科植物HRD基因的克隆及分析

摘    要:目的]探索克隆出的十字花科植物基因同拟南芥HRD基因之间是否具有同源性,是否为十字花科植物的家族基因.方法]利用分子生物学的方法从十字花科植株中克隆出核酸序列,并对克隆出的序列进行分析.结果]十字花科植株中克隆出的基因同拟南芥的HRD基因的核酸序列和氨基酸序列具有很大的相似性,生物进化树分析表明它们具有同源性.结论]拟南芥的HRD基因和十字花科植物中克隆出的序列是由同一个基因进化而来,是十字花科植物的保守基因.

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of the research was to reveal the homology between the cloned gene of Cruciferous and Arabidopisis HRD gene to confirm whether HRD gene is Cruciferous's conservative gene or not.【Method】The nucleicacid sequence from the plants of Cruciferous was cloned and analysed using the method of molecular biology.【Result】The result shows that their DNA sequence and amino acid sequences has great similarities,and biological evolutionary tree analysis shows that they have the homology.【Conclusion】Arabidopisis HRD gene and the cloned sequence from the Cruciferous has the same ancestor,it is a conservative gene of Cruciferous.
