摘    要:[目的]研究不同消毒方法下党参种子的消毒效果。[方法]以党参种子为试验材料,通过10%H_2O_2、0.1%HgCl_2和2%NaClO这3种消毒剂,75%乙醇预处理,无菌水预浸泡,对党参种子的消毒效果进行比较。[结果]在10%H_2O_2、0.1%HgCl_2和2%NaClO这3种消毒剂中,2%NaClO浸种20 min的消毒效果最好;用75%乙醇预处理20 s可降低种子带菌率;在党参种子消毒之前,无菌水预浸泡24 h可提高发芽率。[结论]该研究结果为培育党参无菌苗等研究提供了重要依据。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the disinfection effects of Codonopsis pilosula seedling under different disinfection treatments.[Method]Taking C.pilosula seeds as test materials,through three kinds of disinfectants 10%H2O2, 0.1% HgCl2 and 2% NaClO,pretreatment with 75% ethanol and presoaking with sterile water,the effects of C.pilosula seed sterilization were studied.[Result]2%NaClO had the greatest sterilization effect.The germ-carring rate of seed was decreased with pretreatment of 75% ethanol.The seeds were soaked in aseptic water for 24 hours before sterilization,the seeds germination rate could increase.[Conclusion]The results of this study provide an important basis for the research on the cultivation of sterile seedlings of C.pilosula.
