中外食品安全监管体制比较研究

摘    要:介绍了美国、欧盟、加拿大、日本4个主要发达国家和地区的食品安全监管体制,并与我国现食品安全监管体制进行了对比分析。结果表明,国外在食品安全监管过程中做的努力都是必须尽可能的为其民众提供安全的食品供给,这一理念可为我国食品安全监管体制改革提供经验借鉴。

Abstract:We introduced the food safety supervision system of the four major developed countries and regions including the United States, the European Union, Canada and Japan, and compared it with the current food safety supervision system in China.The results showed that the efforts made in the process of food safety supervision abroad must be as safe as possible for their people of the food supply,which could provide reference for our country's food safety supervision system reform.
