摘 要: | [目的]探讨去除截叶铁扫帚种子的硬实的方法,提高其发芽率。[方法]选出截叶铁扫帚种子发芽的最适温度,并采用98%的浓硫酸浸种不同时间(0.5、1、5、10、30、40、50、60、70、80、90、100、120、140 min),研究浓硫酸处理对截叶铁扫帚种子发芽的影响。[结果]在最适温度30℃条件下,浓硫酸浸种60 min种子的发芽率最高,达95%,发芽势为83%;浓硫酸浸种100 min发芽势最高,达87%,发芽率为88%。[结论]采用浓硫酸处理可以去除种子硬实现象,提高种子发芽率。

Effects of Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Treatment on Seed Germination of Lespedeza cuneata |

Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to explore the hardening method of removing seed of Lespedeza cuneata and improve the germination rate.[Method] The optimum temperature for seed germination of Lespedeza cuneata was selected.The effects of concentrated sulfuric acid treatment on the seed germination of Lespedeza cuneata were studied by 98% concentrated sulfuric acid soaking different time(0.5, 1, 5, 10, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 120,140 min).[Result]Under the condition of optimum temperature(30 ℃), the germination rate of seed was the highest (95%) and the germination potential was 83% when concentrated sulfuric acid soaking 60 min.The germination potential was the highest(87%),the germination rate was 88% when concentrated sulfuric acid soaking 100 min.[Conclusion]The use of concentrated sulfuric acid treatment can remove the seed hardening phenomenon and improve seed germination rate. |
