摘    要:[目的]探讨武夷山土壤养分和酶活性的空间分布特征。[方法]以武夷山5个海拔(312、687、1 153、1 775、2 186 m)土壤为研究对象,测定各个海拔不同土层的养分和酶活性变化。[结果]武夷山土壤养分含量和酶活性分布差异明显,随着海拔升高,土壤有机质、全氮、全磷以及酶活性均呈上升趋势,而同一海拔,随着土层加深,土壤有机质、全氮、全磷以及酶活性均呈下降趋势。相关性分析表明,海拔高度与土壤酶活性、土壤养分等各指标间呈极显著或显著相关;5种土壤酶活性与3种土壤养分指标之间,除蛋白酶和全磷不显著相关外,其他均呈显著或极显著相关;5种土壤酶活性之间,除蛋白酶与蔗糖酶、蛋白酶和过氧化氢酶不显著相关外,其他均呈显著或极显著相关;3种土壤养分指标之间均呈显著或极显著相关。[结论]该研究为植被的空间选择及修复奠定基础。

Abstract:[Objective] To discuss the spatial distribution characteristics of soil nutrients and enzyme activities in Wuyi Mountain.[Method] Soils from five altitudes of Wuyi Mountain (312,687,1 153,1 775 and 2 186 m) were collected,and soil nutrients and enzyme activity were determined.[Result] The distribution of soil nutrient content and enzyme activity in Wuyi Mountain had significant difference.Soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and enzyme activity raise with the increase of altitude,while the thing was opposite with the depth of the soil layer.Correlation analysis showed that altitude appeared extremely significant or significant correlation with soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient;Five kinds of soil enzyme activity and three kinds of soil nutrient index had extremely significant or significant difference,except protease and total phosphorus;In addition to protease and sucrase,protease and catalase,five kinds of soil enzyme activity were significantly or extremely significant correlation;Three kinds of soil nutrients were significant or extremely significant correlation between each other.[Conclusion] The research provides the basis for spatial selection and restoration of vegetation.
