佛甲草的组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:[目的]通过组织培养技术建立佛甲草快繁体系,为更好满足市场需要、实现其生态景观效益提供材料。[方法]以佛甲草茎段为外植体,研究不同浓度配比的激素对组培过程中不定芽诱导、丛生芽增殖及生根的影响,筛选出各阶段最适培养基。[结果]佛甲草不定芽诱导最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+活性炭1.6 g/L;丛生芽增殖最适培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L+活性炭1.6 g/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L。[结论]以茎段为途径建立佛甲草快繁体系,能够高效稳定地获得组培苗。

Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Sedum lineare Thunb.
Abstract:[Objective]To establish rapid propagation system of Sedum lineare Thunb.using tissue culture technology for meeting the needs of the market and provide materials for the realization of the ecological landscape.[Method]Taking the new stem segments of S.lineare Thunb.as explants, the effects of different concentrations of hormone combinations on adventitious bud induction,proliferation and root induction were studied, in the hope of screening out the most suitable medium of each stage.[Result] The optimal medium for adventitious bud induction was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+AC 1.6 g/L;the optimal medium for adventitious bud proliferation was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+AC 1.6 g/L;the optimal medium for root induction was 1/2MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L.[Conclusion]It's feasible to obtain plantlets of S.lineare Thunb.efficiently and stably by using the stem as the material to establish the rapid propagation system.
