淳安县雷电灾害易损性风险区划

利用2007年1月—2015年10月浙江省ADTD型闪电定位仪所获取的地闪的经纬度、雷电强度、地闪密度资料,结合淳安县的经济发展状况、人口密度、居住环境,选取致灾因子、经济易损指标、生命易损指标、承灾能力,对淳安县雷电灾害活动的时空分布特征以及雷击风险区划进行研究。结果表明,千岛湖、汾口、威坪、梓桐、浪川属于极高易损区,屏门、左口、金峰、富文属于极低易损区。

Risk Zoning of Lightning Disaster Vulnerability in Chun'an County

Based on the latitude and longitude, lightning intensity, ground flash density data of ground flash acquired by ADTD lightning locator in Zhejiang Province in January 2007 to October 2015,combined with the economic development status, population density and living environment of Chun'an County, the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of lightning disaster activities and the lightning risk zoning in Chun'an County were studied by selecting the disaster factors, the economic vulnerability index, the life vulnerability index and the disaster tolerance ability.The results showed that Qiandao Lake,Fenkou,Weiping,Zitong,Langchuan were extremely high vulnerability area;Pingmen,Zuokou,Jinfeng and Fuwen was extremely low vulnerability area.
