摘    要:目的]建立同时检测电子烟烟油中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析方法。方法]样品经正己烷提取,超声萃取,过0.45μm滤膜,GC-MS选择离子监测模式(SIM)测定17种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物。结果]17种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的线性范围为50~800 ng/m L,相关系数均大于0.990 0,方法的检出限为0.08~0.28 mg/kg,定量限为0.25~0.95 mg/kg。3个加标水平的平均回收率为83.16%~107.99%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.97%~4.35%。该方法可应用于6种不同品牌电子烟烟油中塑化剂的测定。结论]该方法稳定、可靠、操作简单,适用于电子烟烟油中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的检测与确证。

Abstract:Objective] A method for the simultaneous determination of 17 phthalate esters liquids of electronic cigarettes by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed and evaluated.Method] The samples were extracted with hexane, and filtered by 0.45 μm of filter membrane after ultrasound extraction.The identification and quantification were performed by GC-MS in selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode.Result] The calibration curves of phthalate esters showed good linearity in the range of 50-800 ng/mL, and the correlation coefficients (r)>0.99.The limits of detection for phthalate esters in samples ranged from 0.08 to 0.28 mg/kg and the limits of quantification ranged from 0.25 to 0.89 mg/kg.The average spiked recoveries of 3 analytes ranged from 83.16% to 107.99% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of 0.97%-4.35%.The method has been applied on the determination of phthalate acid esters in 6 liquids of electronic cigarettes samples.Conclusion] The method is suitable for the determination of 17 phthalate esters simultaneously in liquids from electronic cigarettes with easy operation, high accuracy and precision.
