蛋用种母鸡39～52周龄阶段含硫氨基酸需要量的研究

用不同含硫氨基酸水平的日粮饲喂巴波娜－黑康蛋用种母鸡，研究种母鸡对含硫氨基酸的需要量。共进行了１４周（３９—５２周龄）饲养试验和１周氮平衡试验。试验结果表明，不同日粮处理对种母鸡产蛋量、产蛋率、饲料报酬和孵化率有显著影响，其中产蛋量和产蛋率相关性显著。产蛋量和日氮存留量分别与含硫氨基酸摄入量呈强相关，利用两个试验的数据拟合出回归方程，推算出种母鸡每日摄入７２３．０７～７５３．９１ｍｇ含流氨基酸和４４３．０３ｍｇ蛋氨酸，可获最佳生产性能和最大日氮存留量。

Studies on the Daily Sulfur Amino Acids Requirement of Layer Breeder Females

This experinsent was conducted to study the daily sulfur amino acids requirements forlayer breeder females,which were fed with diets containing various amount of sulfuramino acids.A 14--week period trial and a nitrogen balance assay were carried out The resoultsshowed that the dietary treatment had significant effect on egg mass,egg production, feedconversion and hatchability, Results revealed there a strong relation between egg mass and dailysulfur amino acids intake per hen--day.With the data of the two trials we obtained threecurvilinear regression equation According to this model, it was calculated the requirement formethionine and sulfur amino acid to be 723.07 to 753.91mg and 443.03mg per hen--dayrespectively, for optimum pcrformance and best nitrogen retention.
