| Abstract: | The paper summarized Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) that used in the detection,quantitation of phytopathogens, differentiation or physiological races of pathogens.The PCR is a technique that has widespreadly been used in many fields of the biology. Although it was used in the phytopathology only a few year ago, PCR has already been proved to be a very effective method and has a great future in phytopathology. |
