摘    要:利用湖南省气象台、常德市气象台以及民航湖南空管分局气象台的3部多普勒天气雷达,结合其他相关资料对2008年8月2日发生在长沙黄花机场的一次雷雨天气过程进行诊断,主要分析了雷雨的多普勒基本反射率因子与基本速度特征,并对其影响系统进行了分析;同时分析了这次雷雨过程中湖南空管分局气象台的对外服务情况.结果表明:这次雷雨的影响系统主要是低层切变线;多普勒反射率因子强度达40~50 dBz、雷暴出流边界的出现往往是强雷雨的标志;多普勒速度图中的逆速度区、大风核、中尺度辐合线也是雷雨天气出现的另一个重要特征.利用多普勒雷达对雷雨进行跟踪能够让气象预报人员对雷雨的预报、预警等航空气象服务工作提供非常直观的判断.

A Comparative Analysis of A Thunderstorm Process by Using Three Doppler Radars

Abstract:This article used three Doppler weather radars' data, which came from Hunan provincial Meteorological Obselwatory,Changde municipal Meteorological Observatory and meteorological bureau of the Civil Aviation ATC Branch in Hunan province, the radar data was in combination with other relevant data to diagnosis a thunderstorm process which occurred at Huanghua Airport in Changsha on August 2, 2008. This article mainly analyzed the Doppler basic reflectivity factor and basic speed characteristics of this thunderstorm process. Then we analyzed the impacting system and the external services during the thunderstorm process which provided by the meteorological bureau of Civil Aviation ATC Branch in Hunan province. The results showed that the mainly impacting system of this thunderstorm process was low-level shear line. The strength of the Doppler refleetivity was up to 40-50 dBz. The emergence of a thunderstorm outflow boundary is often a sign of strong thunderstorms. The inverse velocity area, wind nuclear and the meso-scale convergence line on the Doppler velocity graph were also important features which shows that the thunderstorms will appear. The using of Doppler radar for tracking thunderstorms allows the weather forecasting staff to provide very intuitive judgments in the thunderstorm forecasting, early warning and other aviation weather services.
