甘城子地区葡萄滴灌工程的实施与对策

宁夏青铜峡市甘城子地区地处世界葡萄种植的“黄金地带”，与法国著名的葡萄产区波尔多地区处在同一纬度，被国家确定为第3个葡萄酒原产地保护范围。为促进青铜峡市葡萄酒产业发展升级，自2011年起该地区大力推广配套高效节水滴灌设施的应用，针对工程建设中存在的设计方案不尽合理、群众认识不到位、自筹资金困难等问题，提出建议优化设计。使其符合当地实际；加强工程建设管理，充分调动种植户、企业的主观能动性；加强质量监督，大力宣传高效节水灌溉优势，引导种植户、企业进行产业升级等对策措施。

Countermeasures for Implementation of Project of Drip Irrigation for Grape in Ganchengzi Area

Ganchengzi area in Qingtongxia municipality in Ningxia is located in the ＂gold zone＂ of grape planting in the world and at the same latitude with the famous grape producing areas in Bordeaux area in France. It was hsted by the state as the third origin protection zone for wine. In order to promote the development and upgrading of the wine industry in Qingtongxia municipality, the supporting high-efficiency water-saving dripping irrigation facilities were extended and applied in the area since the year of 2011. Aiming at problems such as the irrationality of the design, no recognition of the farmers as well as the self financing difficulties existing in the project construction, some suggestions are put forward such as optimizing the design to fit the local conditions, strengthening project construction management to give full play to the initiatives of the farmers and enterprises and strengthening quality supervision and vigorously promoting the advantage of the high-efficiency water-saving irrigation to guide the farmers and enterprises for industrial upgrading.
