关于我国建立现代大学制度的一点思考

现代大学制度是新时期高等教育改革的方向和必然趋势。大学自治、学术自由、校长治校、教授治学是现代大学制度的本质所在。我国现代大学制度的构建,需要创设健全的法制化平台,落实大学面向社会自主办学的法人主体地位;转换政府职能;转变大学运行机制;建立健全的学术评鉴制度,培育以学术自由精神为核心的内在制度。

Considerations of system building for modern Chinese university

The trend and direction of new era higher education reform is to establish a modern university system.The kernel of the modern university system is that: University autonomy,academic freedom,president school-management,professors' responsibility on academic matters.The construction of system building for modern Chinese university needs to found the legal platform,implement the university's subject status of a legal person that runs a school independently;change the government's function and the operating mechanism of the university;set up sound academy system of the ancient bronze mirror,foster the inherent system taking academic freedom as the core.
